We’ve MISSED YOU and cannot wait to see you in our lobbies again!

Our lobbies will be re-opening on Tuesday, May 26.

When you enter the bank lobby, a member of our staff will be there to greet you. You may wear a protective mask if you wish, but we may ask you to lower your mask briefly to ensure the safety of our team and to see your smiling face.

We have a number of measures in place to ensure you stay healthy during your visit including:

  • Marks on the floor to ensure social distancing of 6 feet
  • Hand sanitizer is available
  • Teller stations and desks will be wiped clean after each customer
  • All high-touch areas will be cleaned frequently
  • Pens are brand new and are yours to keep when you visit

Our drive thru teams love seeing you, so we encourage you to continue to use our convenient drive-up services. Our online banking and mobile app are always available as well.

Please be patient and understanding with our staff as we adapt to this new way of conducting business.

Both of our locations in Oostburg and Cedar Grove remain fully staffed, and while our lobby is currently only open for appointment visits, our drive-thru, ATMs and online banking solutions remain the same.

  • Penalty-Free CD Withdrawals - The no-penalty offer allows you to make one partial or complete withdrawal without penalty.

  • Consumer and Mortgage Loan Payment Relief - If you are experiencing a hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please contact your Oostburg State Bank Relationship Manager. We are offering a variety of loan relief programs tailored to meet your specific need.
  • Business Loan Relief Program - If your business is experiencing a hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please contact your Oostburg State Bank Relationship Manager.

Our lobbies will be switching to an appointment-only operation beginning Tuesday, March 24, 2020 to help limit the potential spread of the virus, and to maintain the social distancing recommendations the CDC has in place. All drive-thru lanes will remain open and fully functional. Staffing will be increased in our drive-thru to ensure the exceptional service that you have come to expect.
