It’s time to start shredding again! Oostburg State Bank is once again hosting a shredding event on Saturday, July 13, in our parking lot. Last year, we shredded a record 8,000 lbs. of sensitive documents, old bank statements, outdated tax returns and more, and collected more than 350 lbs. of food for local food banks.

This year, we want to beat that record!

Bring your sensitive documents – paper bank statements, old love letters, bad poetry, report cards, tax statements, unneeded paper work, etc. – to the shredding event at our Oostburg location.

The charge is $2 a bag, however, we’ll waive the fee for a donation of two non-perishable canned goods per bag. Donations will benefit First Reformed Church Food Vault and the Cedar Grove Food Pantry.

Let’s get shredded!
